Returning an item

All returns must be sent within 7 days of receipt to obtain a refund, or within 7 days for an exchange or credit note. Unfortunately this service is unavailable after 7 days.

we have a NO refund policy on our Body shapers (due to hygiene reasons) but we will be happy to offer a one time exchange if the size is incorrect.

Any item returned must include proof of purchase and have the tags in place. It must be unworn and free from stains or signs of wear. If you send back an item which does not meet these criteria, the refund will be refused and your item returned to you. You will be informed of our decision by email.

You are liable for the postage and packing costs of returning an item for exchange and for Royal Mail delivering a replacement. These costs are charged to customers by Royal Mail, not Rarebeaut.

Faulty items

We cannot accept items for return if they are damaged due to every day wear and tear, or if they are washed incorrectly, or if they are harmed whilst with a Dry Cleaner – please choose your Dry Cleaning service with care.

We do accept items for return which have a manufacturing fault, please advise us of any problem within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

The returned item will be sent for a quality review and if it is deemed to be faulty, a replacement of the same size and style will be dispatched.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
